Open Question: Is there a way you can create your own jeresy?

I want to create a shirt, jeresy or hoody with a design like that of the Chicago White Sox uniform, but with my own number, name and iconography. I'm looking for a website or company that will create a white, button-up jeresy with black pen-stripes, my name, my number and custom icons/pictures on it for me. Even a website or company that would do the same design on a regular T-shirt, hoody or baseball cap would work too. So, does such a webiste, store, or company exist that would allow me to have my own jeresy or hoody with the design I've described? Any help would be vastly appreciated. I've found this website called "teamathletic" but I can't make the pen-stripes black, its more like a light grey. Also, I don't know how legit this website is, or the quality of the jersey.
